D I Heut zum Montag musste es schnell gehen in den frühen Morgenstunden. Das heisst: Quesadillas! in die Brotbox meiner Mädels. Dazu hab ich den bereits am Vorabend geschnibbelten Obstsalat eingepackt.
ES I Como me levanté tarde en la mañana, no hubo mucho tiempo para la preparación de la lonchera. Así es que preparé: quesadillas de harina integral. Le agregué un cocktail de frutas de sandia, uvas y manzana, lo cuál ya preparé desde la noche anterior.
ENG I There was not enough time this monday morning. That means: whole wheat cheese quesadillas! for my girls lunch box, as well as a fruit cocktail of watermelon, grapes and apples (this one I already have had prepared since the night before).
