D I Und so sieht es in der heutigen Brotbox meiner Mädels aus: Vollkornquesadillas, Birne und Naturjoghurt.
ES I Así es como se ve la lonchera de mis nenas para hoy: Quesadillas integrales, pera y yogur natural.
ENG I That is what my girls got for lunch today: whole wheat quesadillas, diced pear and plain yoghurt.
D I Heut wird´s wieder einmal ein bisschen mexikanisch...für das Pausenbrot meiner Hasen habe ich ihnen roten Reis mit Mango und Apfelstückchen eingepackt.
ES I Hoy tenemos lonchera mexicana...les puse a mis niñs para su lonche sopa roja (arroz rojo) con mango y manzana picada.
ENG I Today we go a little bit more mexican... For the lunch today my gils got red rice and diced mango and apple.
D I Bei uns ist grad Mangozeit...aus diesem Grund bekommen meine kleinen Hasen jede Woche mindestens einmal Mango mit als Pausenbrot...die sind aber auch köstlich! Zum Mangomix hab ich noch ein paar Bananenstückchen gepackt, damit die tropical party richtig loslegen kann ;)...dazu gibt es Roggenbrot mit Frishkäse. Tatsächlich war ich kurz davor, die zur Zeit leckersten selbstgemachten Cookies nicht zu erwähnen. In dem Sinne: heute hab ich meinen Mädels 2 Cookies mitgeschickt.
ES I Como ahora es temporada de mango les mando dicha fruta tan deliciosa cada semana a mis nenas para su lonche....es que son tan ricas!!!! Asi que les mando un mix de mangos con plátanos...para que sea de verdad tropical ;)...y para acompañar las frutas les hice un pan de centeno con queso philadelphia. Casi se me olvidó mencionar las galletas caseras choco chips, las que actualmente son las más ricas en mi casa.
ENG I It´s mango saison here in mexico. That´s why I pack mango every week for my girl´s lunch...well, it´s just that they are soo delicious. To complete the tropical mixture, the mango is acompanied with sliced banana, as well as rye bread with creme cheese...I almost forgot to mention the actually most delicious homemade cookies.
D I Dreh die Nudel...die langen dünnen Reisnudeln haben den Teller meiner Mädels erobert und sorgen für grosse begeisterung beim Essen...natürlich mit den Fingern, weil es ja so lustig ist, jede Nudel einzeln aus dem Gewirr zu ziehen und sie kurz der Schwester ins Gesicht halten, bevor sie in den kleinen Mund wandert. aus diesem Grund hab ich heut Reisnudeln (in Gemüsebrühe mit Bokkolie und Möhre gekocht) in die Brotbüchse gepackt. Dazu gibt es Obstsalat aus Kiwi, Orange, Apfel und Birne sowie ein Mix aus Nüssen und Cranberries.
ES I Gira el fideo...llegó uan nueva sencación a los platos de mis niñas en nuestra casa: los fideos laargos de arroz...y causan mucha diversión en la hora de comida. Obviamente se comen con las manos porque se tienen que sacar jalando del nudo de fideosy presentar el fideo individual en la cara de la hermanita antes de comer...;) Así fue que les puse hoy fideos de arroz (hervido con caldo de verdura, broccoli y zanahoria) en su lonchera. Además mis niñas van a encontrar un cocktail de frutas -naranja, kiwi, pera y manzana - y frutos secos.
ENG I Swirl the noodles around...the loong thin thing named rice pasta captured the meal plates of my girls and causes a lot of fun...certainly it´s a must to eat them with the fingers, fishing any single piece of pasta (they are really long!) of the pasta cluster holding them into the sister´s face bevor eating them. Since they have so much fun with them I decided to pack the rice pasta (made in vegetable stock with some broccoli and carrots) in their lunch box for toady, as well as a fruit cocktail made of apple, orange, pear and kiwi, and a homemade trail mix.
D I ei ei ei ..heut ist es wieder soweit...Rührei! Was meine Mäuse ausser dem Rührei in die Brotbox bekommen haben seht ihr hier: ich hab mich daran erinnert, dass ich von der letzten Kindergeburtstagsparty noch solche Mickey-Ausstecher habe, demzufolge wurden diese entstaubt und für die Wassermelone benutzt. Dazu hab ich den Kleinen noch jeweils zwei Tosatdas gepackt...und fertig!
D I Mit Mühe konnte ich meine Mäuse heut Morgen überreden, dass der Inhalt ihrer heutigen Brotbox für die Kita ist...und nicht für´s Frühstück zu Hause. Hier seht ihr warum: ich dachte mir, ich bringe mal wieder etwas neues ins Pausenbrot meiner Kleinen und hab am Wochenende Limetten-Waldfrucht-(Vollkorn-)Muffins gebacken...und natürlich gleich heute jeweils einen davon in die Brotbüchse gesteckt. Dazu gibt es eine Portion Cantloupe Melone und Käse.
Da ich das Gefühl habe, dass das Muffinrezept noch etwas verfeinert werden muss...tüftle ich noch ein wenig daran rum...sobald ich zum gewünschten Geschmackserlebnis gekommen bin, werde ich das Rezept mit euch auf meinem Blog teilen.
ES I con trabajo pude convencer a mis niñas en la mañana que no se coman su lonchera para el desayuno en casa. Aqui les muestro porque: como trato de variar el lonche de mis chiquitas, el find e semana me puse a hornear muffins integrales con limon y frutos rojos...así que hoy llevan uno de dichos muffins en su lonchera. Además les puse melón chino y tiras de queso oaxaca.
ENG I It was hard to explain my kids in the morning, when they saw what they will have for lunch, that this was not for the breakfast in the house but for the kindergarten lunch. Here you will see why: since I want create a variety in my girls lunch I made some new wohle wheat berry-lemon muffins...and put for each of my girls one into their lunch box. In addition they got cantaloupe melon and cheese (oaxaca).
