D I Die heutige Lunchbox meiner kleinen Süßen sieht wie folgt aus: ein Vollkorn-Möhren-Apfelmus-Muffin, kleine Obstspieße aus Erdbeeren, Weintrauben und Banane sowie eine Portion Naturjoghurt mit hausgemachtem "Müslimix" (Haferflocken, Amaranth-natur und mit Honig, gehackte Mandeln und ein paar Schockoraspeln)...in dem Sinne: Guten Appetit!
ES I Asi es como se ve la lonchera de cada una de mis niñas: un muffins integral de zanahorias y puré de manzana, unos palillos de uva, fresa y plátano y una porción de yogur natural con una mezcla de cereales (avena, amaranto - natural y con miel, almendras picadas y unas chispitas de chocolate)....así qué les digo: buen provecho mis chiquitas!
ENG I This is my girl's lunch for today: a wophole wheat carrot muffin with applesauce, spits of graves, bananas and strawberries, and her portion of plain yoghurt with a homemade cereal mix (oat, chopped almonds, amaranth - plain and with honey and some chocolate chips)...have a nice lunch time girls!
