frozen banana ice

D  I Gestern haben meine kleinen Hasen quietschvergnügt alle vorrätigen Bananen geschält und dann ist ihnen plötzlich eingefallen, dass sie ja schon satt sind! Da kam mir die Idee ein "Bananeneis" (Bananen mit einem Esslöffel Sahne in den Mixer, portioniert ins Gefrierfach, fertig) aus dem Haufen Bananen zu machen, welches sie heute mit ins Pausenbrot bekommen haben. Desweiteren hab ich Mango eingepackt und Vollkornquesadillas mit Bohnenmus.

ES I Ayer se les ocurrió a mis niñas de quitar la cascara a todos los plátanos que teníamos. Luego se dieron cuenta de que ya no tenían más hambre y se quedaron los platanos! Entonces tuve la idea de usarlos y hacer una "nieve de plátano" (agregué todo el plátano en la licuadora con una cucharada de crema entera y listo al congelodor). Dicho hecho, y se lo mandé en su locnhera hoy. Además llevan mango picado y quesadillas integrales con frijolitos.

ENG I Yesterday my girls had the great idea to peel all the bananas we had in the kitchen bowl. After this they realized that they are not hungry anymore. So I had the idea to make a "banana ice creme" of the resting bananas (I put all the bananas with one teaspoon creme into the blender, blended it and placed it in the freezer). Today my girls are going to have a portion of banana ice creme for lunch, as well as whole wheat quesadillas with fried beans and diced mango.
